Families avoid this headache

The first morning I wake up to some staff walking into our room like it's their house, totally blew my mind. Not to mention my husband got grilled when he stepped out with our dog, it's like they think we’re just sneaking in or something.

It was pricey I tell you, but we figured maybe it was gonna be worth it.

Additionally, the provided ADA-compliant room had a stubborn bathroom door that dragged badly and required a hefty shove to open. More concerning was the breakfast area where pets, not just service dogs, were allowed, which can make it unpleasant for non-dog lovers. It also seemed odd that housekeeping only cleaned rooms every other day, leaving us without fresh towels when we stayed two nights.
